If your Jewellery arrives damaged:
I will happily send out a replacement. You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me.
A photograph will have to be shown, for this process to take place.
Exchanges/refunds will only be made, if i'm unable to send out a replacement, i.e the piece you ordered is currently out of stock and I’m unable to get another one sent out to you on my next posting day.
If your Jewellery is incorrect:
You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me about the issue.
Though this problem rarely occurs, once or twice I misread or click on the wrong tab when packing up orders, I am only human.
Please send me an email via the contact page, making me aware of the problem.
A photo will need to supplied of the item you received, and please include your order number along with the photo.
The correct piece of Jewellery will then be sent out for you at no extra charge on the next posting day.
28 day product guarantee. You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me if your product breaks, though this is unlikely, I will happily replace any item completely free of charge.
Please be aware that a photo will need to be provided of the broken product for this process to take place.
Please note, that these are the only conditions for which any jewellery is to be returned/replaced. So please make sure you have fully read all the information provided on the listing. If you have any specific questions about any piece of jewellery, then you can always contact me for more detailed photos etc.
'Freebies' will not be replaced if they arrived damaged. These have no accounted for value so no claim will be able to be made, they are also usually stock clearance items, meaning theres a very limited number available.
Returns must be dicussed via email, before any pieces are sent back to me. Failing to email prior to sending back, may mean you will not be refunded, and/or a replacement will not be sent back. So please make sure you contact me first.
